fun little easter card
This was a cute little card that I made over at Julies house. When you open the card up you see the rest of the egg chicken and a little saying that says "you crack me up" for the egg part I put diamond glaze down and sprinkled glitter dust on and let dry.
I used a su border punch to do the bottom edge. all items are su except for the patterned paper and the ribbon and the little button brats and the diamond glaze and glitter.

Just Bee Scrapin cards
These are the cards that I made at Just bee Scrapin (my local scrapbook store) for the month of April. I put my own spin on them.
the saying on this one was printed off the computer then I inked the edges with chestnut rune brown with chalk ink,
this one instead of having the ribbon go down the center I placed it around the "flower" I also embossed the center and inked it then when i got home i stamped the sentiment in the center. I also used the back side of the flower paper. I wanted to use the dots instead.
This card was a challenge because of the weaving. wasn't sure how to do it. I ended up gluing the tops of the dots and flower strips down then putting a line of glue on the red paper and weaving it. then gluing the ends of the patterned down. The flower was originally in the center but i set it to the one side of the card

My Expression
This is My new Cricut. I won it from E Bay for $90. ($104 with shipping) The awesome thing is it the add said that it was used and so they were selling it for cheap, and that the box was damaged, when it came the box was not damaged, just open previously. And their is no sign of use on the machine, in fact there is still grease on the gear for the bottom panel. (it doesn't get paper greasy it is special) I am going to cut my name out of vinyl and put it on the front lower right side.
This is it open. I am so excited about it. It came with 2 cartridges Classic Font and Playtime. (see previous posts to see em) I am dreaming of all the fun projects that I am going to make with it.The first one that I am going to attempt is a puzzle board for my son. I will post the photos when I get them done. It is exciting. whoot whoot
